James Douglas Limited (JDL) is a privately owned manufacturing company operating from a modern manufacturing location in Hertford (30 miles north of London).
Since our formation in 1936 the company has converted a wide range of fabrics for many major brand owners in the health & beauty sector. As a material converter, our role is to purchase rolled goods from non woven manufacturers and process these materials into the cosmetic pads and product applicators specified by our customers.
